About the camp
Weingut Jung & Knobloch keeps two quiet motorhome pitches, called Sonnenhof, directly at its winery in the centre of Albig. The clean, modern sanitary building sits right next to the pitches, with a power connection and water tap at its entrance; showers and toilets are inside the winery itself, though there is no on-site greywater or toilet-cassette disposal. Guests are welcome to sample the estate's wines and unwind with a glass at the end of the day. The village sits among gentle vineyard hills good for walking, hiking, and e-bike touring, and a restaurant is within walking distance. Mainz, Worms, Bingen, Kirchheimbolanden and Alzey are all a direct train ride away. Motorhomes up to 2.90 m wide and 7 m long fit; booking is by email or phone only.
