About the camp
A working farm campsite where rare Brandrode cattle and their calves graze the natural grasslands year-round along the Reest stream. The 14-pitch field sits among old oak and linden trees with farmland views. Besides camping, the farm rents three B&B rooms and a basic trekkershut (hiker's cabin), and hosts family camping weekends where groups can mix tent pitches with indoor beds. A separate roadside stop, Rustpunt, welcomes passing cyclists and walkers with coffee, tea, soup and ice cream, e-bike charging and a small library. Dogs and horses are welcome, and the owners keep tourist brochures on hand for the many walking and cycling routes through the surrounding nature areas.
