The 2026 price list runs March through October in three tiers (low/mid/high), with named surcharges over Paasweekend (Easter), Hemelvaartweekend (Ascension) and Pinksterweekend (Whit/Pentecost) that lift the April/May rate to the next tier. Electricity is included in the standard rate by default, with a discount for guests who opt out of it. A discount applies to stays of 7 nights or more. Extra guests, pets and washing-machine use cost a small supplement on top of the base rate.
