About the camp
Camperpark Kuikhorne sits on the grounds of Jachthaven 't Eibertsnêst, a small marina run by Hans & Jittie Mozes in De Westereen, Friesland. Camper pitches cannot be booked in advance; visitors arrive and choose a free spot. Facilities are coin-operated: electricity, drinking water, a shower, and a washing machine with dryer, alongside free grey-water and chemical-toilet dump points and free wifi. Dogs stay free. Guests who want to cycle on departure day may leave the motorhome free of charge in the large car park so the pitch can be released to new arrivals; departures after 11:00 are billed an extra night. The same site also rents chalets, a holiday apartment and motorboats, and has a boat-trailer launching ramp.
