About the camp
The Camperplaats sits on the grounds of a young-cattle-rearing farm along a quiet, low-traffic sandy road, about 2 km from Deventer's newer neighbourhoods and the villages of Lettele and Bathmen (shops, dining), and roughly 8 km from Deventer's historic Hanseatic centre. Guests can enjoy a rural setting with grazing cows, a small petting area with goats, chickens, pigs and a Shetland pony, plus birdsong by day and owls at night. There are 12 electrified pitches (6 amp). There is no formal reception: for a single night, guests can leave payment and a registration form in an honesty-box mailbox, or simply find the owners on the farm or call them.
