About the camp

The camperplaats has 10 pitches right where the Reichswald and Sint Jansberg forests begin, on the Dutch-German border near Milsbeek, inside the Natura 2000 nature area. It suits motorhome travellers who want to walk or cycle straight from their pitch: the site sits directly on the Pieterpad and Maasduinenpad long-distance walking routes, the Walk of Wisdom, and the regional junction-point cycling and walking network. There is no booking system, a spot is normally free except around some public holidays, and callers can check ahead by phone. The ground is self-sufficient only: there is no toilet building, just a water point and a wastewater disposal point. Payment is by payment request or on arrival at the adjoining Eethuis restaurant, which also has a playground and wifi nearby.
