About the camp
Camperplaats De Pont is a motorhome-only stopover directly on the Maas river in Maasbommel, right next to the Gelderland-Brabant ferry. Guests choose their own spot among 19+ spacious pitches (about 10x6 m), on hardened driving lanes or the grassy Zomerveld, which opens extra pitches in the dry season. The site lies within the Meanderende Maas nature-restoration project, so the ground can still be soft after rain. Owner Wido Arts, whose parents Henk and Coby are often on site, keeps a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Open all year with 24-hour arrival, it offers electricity, drinking water and waste-disposal points; wifi is planned but not yet available. Dogs are welcome on a leash.

Restaurants, a snack bar and an ice cream parlour are within about 1-2.5 km, a supermarket and doctor about 1 km, and Oss is the nearest town for larger shopping.
