About the camp
A no-frills motorhome pitch run by Truus and George Appelo near Giethoorn. The site's rates page is a plain list: one flat nightly fee for a camper with two people (tourist tax included), a higher rate for heavier motorhomes over 3500 kg, and small per-night add-ons for extra space (tent, trailer, car or boat), extra guests, a second dog, and electricity. Showers run on coin tokens, about 4 minutes per token. There is no online booking - the owners visit each guest in the evening to collect cash payment, except on Sundays, when payment is settled the following Monday morning.
