About the camp
Set on the Knook family's farmyard in the Wieringermeerpolder (the first reclaimed Zuiderzee polder, from 1930) with the Groetpolder just across the dike, the site offers seven fixed grass pitches plus four smaller gravel pitches kept in reserve for wet weather. Standard facilities are a pitch, wifi, water and electricity, with grey-water disposal and toilet-cassette emptying on site, plus a shared toilet and shower guests are asked to keep tidy. A private jetty on the Groetkanaal is used for swimming and fishing, and a jeu de boules court was recently added. Pets are welcome in consultation. Groups arriving with several motorhomes together are welcome if they reserve ahead by email, phone or WhatsApp; there is no online booking.
