About the camp
This is a simple stopover for motorhomes and caravans on the edge of the village of Ternaard, on the Frisian coast facing the Wadden Sea. Pitches are hardened and suitable for heavy motorhomes, with water and electricity available and facilities to empty wastewater and chemical toilets. There are no sanitary facilities such as toilets or showers on site. No reservation is required; visitors are welcome whenever space is available and can call ahead to check. Passing cyclists are welcome to stop at the adjoining farmyard for coffee or tea when a sign is placed by the road.
