About the camp
The Van der Geest family runs a dairy farm in Driel and has offered a camper pitch alongside it since 2021, with room for up to 5 motorhomes and a view over the surrounding meadows. Access is free and unreserved - visitors simply arrive and park. Electricity and water are freely available, including hot water in a small hut on site, but there is no toilet or shower and no facility for disposing of wastewater. Payment is by honesty box: guests deposit EUR 15 for each day they stay. Driel sits in the Betuwe region, within cycling distance of Arnhem, Nijmegen and Oosterbeek, and about 4 km from the Gelredome stadium.
