About the camp
A small, family-run camperplaats set on the yard of an arable farm in the village of Zevenhoven, in the heart of the Groene Hart. The owner, Sharon, started the business in 2012 at age 15 as a school project and was named the Netherlands' youngest camperplaats-houdster by the NKC motorhome club; she still welcomes guests herself. The setting is quiet and green, with cycling and walking routes running through the surrounding waterways. Amsterdam, Nieuwkoop, the Nieuwkoopse plassen nature area and the North Sea coast are all within easy reach. Nearby are a Lourdes grotto and silence garden, a children's farm, a golf course, boat and canoe rental, and the Avifauna bird park. Booking is by WhatsApp, phone or email; there is no online reservation system.
