About the camp
Right on the Rhine at Beijenwaard, Spijk, this is a simple overnight stop for self-sufficient motorhomes rather than a full campsite: 10 marked pitches plus 5 extra spots, kept deliberately natural with no sanitary or electricity hookups. Guests park facing the river or settle on the stone viewing terrace nearby to watch passing ships. The site is looked after by volunteers from the Toeristisch Informatie Centrum, who occasionally stop by for a friendly chat and check. Payment is handled on arrival through the CamperPay app; online reservations are not possible, and stays are capped at two nights until noon the next day.
- Directly on the Rhine with views of passing ships
