About the camp

Boven 't Maaiveld is a small-scale campsite at Oosterboekelweg 4 in Hoogwoud, carrying the Dutch 'Erkende Kleine Camping' label for recognized small campsites. Guests choose touring pitches for tents, caravans and campers, a furnished Bell Tent ('Annabel'), a Tiny House, or separately priced 'Wijland Cabins'; groups and a private-sanitary option are offered too. A dedicated walk-in field ('trekkersveldje') always has room for cyclists and hikers arriving late in the day with a small tent. A booking includes one car; extra cars are not possible. Check-in is from 14:00 (15:00 for the Bell Tent and Tiny House); pitches are vacated by 12:00, rentals by 11:00. Reservations for the published rates open each 1 December at 10:00.
