About the camp
Set between the Kinselmeer and Amsterdam's IJmeer in Amsterdam-Noord, Camping De Badhoeve pairs lakeside quiet with easy access to the city: about ten minutes from central Amsterdam, or an 8 km / 20-minute ride into town by bike. It presents itself as a genuine family campsite for all ages, with a playground, and a small shop and play corner at reception. The lake suits watersports, birdwatching and sport fishing, and cycling/walking routes follow the water to the villages of Marken and Volendam. A golf course and the Netherlands' largest skatepark (Zeeburgereiland) are both roughly 20 minutes away by bike. Leashed pets are welcome.
