About the camp
A cozy campsite on a working Frisian farm in Terherne, next to the village marina and within the Frisian lakes area. The owners pitch it as the ideal base for watersports enthusiasts and nature lovers looking for peace, space and a taste of Frisian farm life. Standard pitches include electricity and environmental costs; a smaller, cheaper pitch is available for those camping with just a small tent. Showers and WiFi are free. Dogs are welcome on a leash. Directions are given from two approach roads: the last farmhouse before the village coming from Akkrum, or 100m outside Joure past the Zandslootbrug.
