About the camp
A small, quiet farm campsite on the edge of the Peel, one of the largest moorland and forest nature areas in the Netherlands, about 2 km from the village of Helenaveen. It promises rest, space and nature away from everyday bustle, with two adjoining grass fields for tents and caravans. Sanitary facilities run to 3 toilets, 3 showers, 2 urinals and a dishwashing area, plus wifi across the site. Well-behaved pets are welcome on a lead, and the campsite has a soft spot for horses and ponies travelling with traditional caravans, offering a stopover with hay and water by arrangement. Groups and clubs are welcome by appointment.
