About the camp
A small-scale ('mini') campsite in the Betuwe. The grounds are car-free: staff tow guests' caravans into place by tractor on arrival and departure. House rules favour a quiet stay: no standing caravans, large campers, double awnings or tandem-axle units, no electric heating or air conditioning in any accommodation, and awning groundsheets must let grass grow through. There are no seasonal pitches or long-term vacancy rates. Arrival is 12:00-18:00, departure 10:00-11:00 (a fee applies after 11:00). Reservations are free; payment is 50% by bank transfer at booking, the rest in cash the evening before departure. The campsite was nominated for VEKABO Camping van het Jaar (Camping of the Year) 2015.
