About the camp
A small-scale campsite with a large, cozy field on fishing and boating water in the quiet village of Abbekerk (West-Friesland, North Holland). The standard pitch takes a camper, caravan, folding trailer or tent plus one car for two people; a cheaper dedicated motorhome area (Camperplek) sits alongside it. Guests can also rent new hiker's cabins (Trekkershutten), Pipowagen wagons in several sizes, or a caravan, each priced by length of stay. Bicycles are available to hire, and cycling and boating routes start from the area. Dogs are welcome on a lead. The site is a member of SVR Nederland (Stichting Vrije Recreatie), which gives members a discounted nightly rate.
