About the camp

Set within the Rambonnet family's historic Old Putten estate, the site combines a romantic park landscape with tall trees, hedgerows and copses sheltering the pitches for tents and touring caravans; two fields are reserved for holders of the Dutch Natuurkampeerkaart. Three furnished trekkershutten, including one comfort cabin, can be rented, and bicycles (electric on request) are available for hire. The car-free grounds suit families, with a playground, a fishing spot on the Puttenerbeek stream, fire bowls for hire, and organised activities such as a nature discovery walk and a guided tour of the estate. A forest ranger also runs deer- and wild-boar-spotting excursions at the nearby De Dellen estate. Dogs are not allowed except from 23 August to 13 September.
