About the camp
Camping Slingeland is a small, cosy farm campsite ('boerderij / mini camping') in the middle of the Alblasserwaard polder landscape near Giessenburg. The owners advertise space, peace and a pleasant setting, alongside various activities. Pitches are priced separately for caravans, motorhomes and family tents versus small tents, with clear low- and high-season rates. Guests can also rent De Waard-tent, a canvas tent available from July to September, or Caboose, a small rental cabin let by the two-night minimum or by the week. The site provides clean, spacious sanitary facilities, a washing machine and dryer, and free use of a spin-dryer, fridge and freezer, plus simple play equipment for children such as pedal karts, go-karts and table tennis.
