About the camp

The grounds are car-free and laid out playfully, with the old oaks emphasising the Twente landscape; five of the 25 pitches are shady. It is a camp for cyclists: the numbered cycle-route network passes the yard, and the camp has its own walking and cycling routes, among them a border-stone route along the German border and a smuggling route towards Losser and Overdinkel. Facilities are toilet blocks, showers and wash cabins, a washing machine with spin dryer, 6 amps of electricity per pitch, wifi, a fishing pond hidden in the greenery and covered bicycle storage with charging points for a bike or mobility scooter. Dogs are more than welcome. A simple trekkershuisje for two stands 20 m from the sanitary block.

Next to a large forest and on the edge of the Twente landscape, within walking distance of the Dinkel river and close to the German border, which the border-stone route follows. Losser and Overdinkel lie along the smuggling route.
