About the camp
The owners describe the place with three Dutch words: gezelligheid, gastvrijheid and gemoedelijkheid, meaning cosiness, hospitality and friendliness. By their own account, many regular guests have become friends over the twenty seasons the camp has run. Guests stay in their own caravan, camper or tent, or pick from the rental range: the six-person 'Klein Frankrijk' and four-person 'Bretagne' blokhut cabins, the smaller 'Normandie' and 'Bordeaux' units and a bed & breakfast room, all with one car or motorcycle included on site. Campers are explicitly welcomed, wifi is free, breakfast can be added per person, bikes can be rented in consultation, and up to two pets are allowed by agreement. The calendar revolves around race weekends: during TT, SBK and Truckstar weekends the camp books in two-night blocks.
