De Noordster is a small farm campsite on the Frisian Wadden coast at Nieuwe Bildtdijk near St Annaparochie. It welcomes campers passing through, cyclists and walkers, and families and associations camping for a weekend, and a 4-person cabin stands beside the field.

About the camp
A quiet, spacious camping place on the Bildt clay in the north of Friesland, in the middle of farmland and run by Yvonne and Sigfried Kramer. The site suits small groups of up to fifteen camping units and welcomes families and associations for weekend stays. It sits within walking distance of the Wadden area, a UNESCO World Heritage site and important breeding ground for birds, with guided excursions over the land behind the dike and mudflat walking at Peasens and Moddergat nearby. After a day out the camp offers silence and a dark sky full of stars. The camp opens 16 April and closes 30 August.
