About the camp
De Polmate is a small campsite whose pricing page makes its character clear: modest tent, caravan and camper pitches (campers up to 6 metres), a cheap trekkerstentje rate for cycle-trailer tents, and an add-on tent rate for travelling companions. It is a member of the Natuurkampeerterreinen network of nature campsites and sells the network's card and Green Booklet on site. The rates include 9% VAT, WiFi, parking for a car or motorcycle beside the pitch, e-bike charging, hot running water, and toilet paper, hand soap and washing-up soap. Alongside the pitches the owners let a natuurhuis, a nature holiday house. Arrival is from 14:00 and departure by 12:00, with a paid afternoon departure until 17:00 where possible.
