About the camp

De Voormolen is a quiet park of about five hectares lying along the Hollandse IJssel in the polder landscape of the Lopikerwaard, and it says plainly who it suits: the 45+ recreant looking for peace and space rather than animation. Every pitch is roomy and has its own utility connections. The sanitary building is modern and includes an accessible shower and toilet, there is a guest laundry, and wifi is free across the park. Inside the gates the park is car-free, with free parking for residents and their visitors. The river in front of the park invites a quiet line in the water, a moored boat, and long walks and bike rides over the dikes. Grandchildren are welcome; the park has no facilities for children.
