About the camp
This is a return to the simpler life on a farmyard, with nature, animals and each other, and guests may sleep in a pipowagen, their own tent or their camper. Staying on the camping ground means you are free to walk the whole erf: help the farmer or the gardener with the daily chores, or come and have lunch in the proeflokaal, the farm's tasting room. Sanitary is one shared room with two toilets and two showers. Every accommodation on the site comes from self-builders who designed, built and furnished their unique unit themselves, and the farm announces on social media when a new hut becomes available. Campers can complete the night with a BBQ package of meat from the farm's own cows, a farm breakfast, or a wheelbarrow of wood for the fire bowls. The same farmyard also runs a campus, a vegetable garden and a nature observatory, and doubles as a meeting and wedding venue.
