About the camp

Het Abbertbos lies on the Randmeer/Veluwemeer shore at the edge of the Flevoland forest, where water, woodland and open landscape meet. Its 61 pitches sit on several grass fields separated by trees and hedges, so each place is sheltered and private; hardstanding spots are available for motorhomes. De Stobbe, the site's activity centre, is its social heart, hosting the weekly Babbert (a communal happy hour) and a small library; children can ride skelters and use the youth field. The manager's own words: you become one with nature here, walking straight into the woods among roe deer and birds, with an oriole singing in the treetops. Nothing is obligatory; you choose how you camp.
