About the camp
Hoeve Welgelegen is a campsite at Hijken in Midden-Drenthe, run under the SVR (Stichting Vrije Recreatie) banner, so guests who are SVR donors pay the member rate and everyone else the ordinary rate. A visitor who is not yet a donor can register through the camp on the spot and use the lower rate right away. The 2026 prices cover two people, a camping unit and electricity; an extra person and a dog are each charged per night, and a second tent is arranged with the owners. Campers who want to stay a whole month can book a one-month stay with tourist tax already included. The site asks for one car per pitch, arrival after 13:00 and departure before 11:00, and offers no vacancy discount.
