Kampeervereniging Licht & Lucht is a small, members-only camping association at De Rading 46 in Loosdrecht, in the woods of the Gooi next to the Hoorneboegse Heide. It lets out 70 very spacious seasonal plots from 1 April to 1 October for one flat total of €870, each plot with its own sanitary facilities, water, electricity and parking place. Plots are for members only and pets are not allowed.

About the camp

The members describe their ground as neither glamping with a swimming paradise nor a ramshackle campsite, but a quiet, small-scale camping association in and around the forest, where the guests are squirrels, foxes, buzzards, owls and now and then a roe deer. You choose your own plot and stand free, with your own toilet, water, electricity and parking space. There is a large playground and a big playing field for the children, and in high season weekend activities are organised for adults and children that you may join without obligation. After 1 October the camping unit must leave the terrain: garden houses are stored in the barn, and a farmer tows the large caravans to his land by tractor.

The terrain lies in and around the forest, directly by the Hoorneboegse Heide, opposite De Rading 46 in Loosdrecht. Shops, the heath and the forest are close by, and the Loosdrechtse Plassen and Hilversum's shopping district are easy to reach by car, bus or bike.
