Landgoed Het Zand is a small campsite set in the woods of Het Zand Hattemer Oldenburger, a 78-hectare historic estate. Camping is spread over seven separate fields of different sizes in the forest, and the estate also runs a guest lodging of two rooms for two people each.

About the camp
The page's own headline for the place is "camping in the woods": the pitches are not one open field but seven small clearings scattered widely through the forest of the estate, so campers are out of sight of each other. The Hazenveld field has sixteen pitches with electricity, laid out especially for motorhomes and caravans. Everything is priced apart: each adult, child, tent, caravan, motorhome, camper van, roof tent, second tent, hammock, car, motorbike, dog and the tourist tax has its own line, with one tariff for high season and a lower one for the winter period. A wood-burning stove can be hired on the Hazenveld field after consultation, with kindling and firewood for sale. The gastenverblijf offers two rooms for one or two people with optional breakfast and linen.
