Boerderijcamping Mariëndreef is a 25-pitch farm campsite on an arable holding at Heijningen, in the West-Brabant polder. Most pitches are 100 square metres with 10 A power, while the four smaller camper pitches have 6 A. The camp is run by the family that farms the land next to it and is open from late March to early November.

About the camp
Mariëndreef lies beside the family's own fields, where potatoes, sugar beet, grain and onions are grown, and looks out over the flat polder and the dykes. The owners stress the quiet, the space and the fresh air, and campers cycling in with a tent pay a special rate. Children can ride a pony in the farm's own school ring, and the farm keeps horses, ponies, cats, chickens and its dog Bono. The recreation room gathers walking and cycling route information and sells the camp's own potatoes and onions alongside regional produce; the guest washing machine and dryer stand there too. Dogs are welcome when the camp is told beforehand, and there is a dump point for cassette toilets and grey water.

Heijningen is 2 km away with a grill-restaurant and cafetaria, and the villages of Fijnaart and Dinteloord lie within 4 km with a wide range of shops; local eateries also deliver to the campsite. Willemstad, the fortress town with its Mauritshuis, bunkers and harbour terraces, is 6 km away, and so is Fort Sabina, built in 1811. The Dintelse Gorzen nature reserve is close by, and the farm's own fields run directly alongside the camp, reached by an unpaved walking path.
