About the camp
De Loenense Brug is a cosy minicamping with a generous, open layout: pitches are spacious and overlook the grounds, and the site sits right next to the owners' own house, so guests genuinely camp on the yard rather than in a large park. It borders a provincial road with cycle paths on both sides and the Apeldoorn-Dieren canal beyond it. From the gate you step straight into the Veluwe: forest and heathland in one direction, the flat farmland of the IJssel valley in the other, with the historic Hanseatic towns Deventer and Zutphen within cycling distance. The owners pitch it as a base for cycling, walking, canoeing and motor touring around Loenen, Beekbergen and Hoenderloo, and point out the nearby Loenense waterval, klompenpaden, Golfresort De Scherpenbergh and Thermen Bussloo. It suits tent campers, hikers and cyclists on the move, and guests who want a real bed and a shared outdoor kitchen without carrying full camping gear.
- camping on a real working farm yard, right next to the owners' house
- a fully equipped, free-to-use outdoor kitchen and covered dishwashing area
- a 22 kW EV charging pole on site
