About the camp

Landgoed Geijsteren is an open grass meadow whose pitches are hedged in by trees, so each one has its own screen of greenery. Some pitches look straight over the Maas, and there is a small open field set aside for the tents of travelling hikers and cyclists. The site is easy to get around, with a sanitary building offering a shower room plus an accessible toilet and shower for wheelchair users, and a family shower with a baby bath. A covered bad-weather shelter, also with a view of the river, rounds off the facilities for a short stay by the water. Campers up to 7 metres long are welcome. Booking ahead is advisable to avoid disappointment, and motorised boat traffic on the Maas can be heard, mainly at weekends and in summer.
