Campsite
No published offers for this accommodation yet.
A small farm campsite in the hamlet of 't Oventje by the village of Zeeland in North Brabant, run by the same family since 1992. A limited number of grass pitches for caravans and tents on the old farmyard, plus a separate camper field with five hardstanding pitches. The owners pitch it to 45-plus campers looking for quiet and space.
About the camp
Kees and Mien started the camping in 1992 beside their pig farm; they stopped farming in 1997 and their son Adri and his wife Margit took over in 2011. Every winter something is improved: the sanitary building was rebuilt, insulated, tiled and heated, a fourth shower added, solar panels put on the roofs, the grass field verticulated and reseeded, and in 2018 the old slurry pit and tennis court were converted into the camper field. Each caravan pitch has its own water tap, drainage and a 6 or 10 amp socket with its own residual-current switch, wifi covers both fields, and the lawn is watered with ground water. The page keeps one promise: rust en ruimte, quiet and room, in green Brabant.
