About the camp

Wilgenhoek is a minicamping with a price list quoted per night and clear rules about what fits. The basic rate covers two people and their camping unit: a small camper bus, caravan, trailer or tent. One car, a 5-amp electricity hook-up and the tourist tax are part of it, while a further person, a second car or a small extra tent are listed separately. A cheaper tariff runs alongside for tent-and-bicycle campers, with a single version for one person. The place asks for simplicity. Dogs are not allowed, camper vans may be no longer than 5.5 metres (a VW bus, a Mercedes Vito, a roof tent), and air conditioning may not be run from your unit. Showers and warm water at the washing-up point work on coins, and a half-day rate lets you stay past 12:00 if you arrange it. Bookings start at two nights.

  • all-in nightly rate including one car, 5-amp electricity and tourist tax
  • separate lower tariff for tent and bicycle campers
  • coin-operated showers and warm water for the dishes
