About the camp

Two twin tiny houses, "Shore I" and "Shore II", are parked in a sloping orchard on the bank of the Nitrianske Rudno dam. The terrace looks straight onto the water, good for grilling and watching the sunset, and guests can take out the site's own paddle boat, named "AIVA" and moored at a small jetty, for a quiet row. A wood-fired Finnish sauna, "Marhuľka", with a cold-plunge tub sits beside the houses. In summer the reservoir is used for swimming, paddleboarding, kitesurfing and pedal boats. Bojnice, home to Slovakia's most-visited castle, and Čičmany, known for its preserved folk architecture, are both a short trip away. The houses are off-grid and self-sufficient, built as a quiet, minimalist retreat mainly for couples.
