About the camp

The campsite sits inside the Aquatermal resort area, which has six pools including two stainless-steel ones fed by a 520 m deep thermal spring at 36 °C. Guests can pitch tents or park caravans on 120 designated spots with electricity hookups, or stay in one of four 4-bed log cabins with kitchenette, TV and shower. The grounds include sanitary buildings with accessible facilities, a covered seating area with kitchenette and grill, and cold and hot water wash basins. The operator is the village social enterprise DolStre s.r.o. The site opens during the summer tourist season.

Located between Lučenec and Veľký Krtíš in southern central Slovakia. The thermal spring has been used since 1951; the modern resort was rebuilt in 2011.
