Lietadlo v lese is a single decommissioned aircraft cabin set in the treetops near Spišské Bystré, on the border of the High and Low Tatras, rented out entirely to one party at a time. It is marketed as the world's first plane with its own sauna, with views of the Tatras from both the sauna and the bedroom.

About the camp

The whole aircraft is exclusively the guests' for the stay. Every package includes unlimited use of a Finnish sauna with Tatra views; from the Economy tier up, an outdoor hot tub and unlimited coffee and tea are added, and the higher tiers layer on a breakfast basket, snacks, fruit, or a full breakfast and dinner. A hot shower is built from one of the plane's engines, heating comes from a wood stove plus an electric heater, and the toilet is a chemical WC. Small dogs stay free of charge. Guests can also book a private sauna session without an overnight stay, rent an e-bike, or add a wing-side romantic dinner for two. A gift voucher is available for any package.

The cabin sits in forest treetops near a ski resort on the border of the High and Low Tatras. In winter, parking may be limited to the ski resort itself, roughly 250 m below the aircraft.
