About the camp

StromDom is a two-storey treehouse standing in the crowns of two oaks below Sedlová skala in the hills around Nová Baňa, hidden deep in forest on the blue Bajkom okolo Hrošovho vrchu hiking and cycling route near the 'Esíčko' downhill slope. Guests have the whole object to themselves: a cosy living area behind a glazed nook, a small kitchen with an oven and two-burner gas cooktop, an alternative shower and a composting toilet, plus an upstairs loft with two sleeping areas among the treetops. It runs on solar power with no mains water, carrying in its own utility and drinking water, and a terrace fire pit and grill complete the off-grid stay. It suits couples, individuals and pet owners after a quiet, romantic escape.
