Súdkovo is a seasonal glamping stay of six wine-barrel-shaped cabins in the vineyard of Tokaj Macik Winery, an organic family winery in Slovakia's Tokaj wine region. It has no camping or caravan pitches — guests sleep in the barrels or in the winery's adjoining Penzión guesthouse rooms.

About the camp

Súdkovo puts guests to sleep in six wooden wine-barrel cabins set among the vines beneath Tokaj Macik Winery's guesthouse. Each barrel has its own toilet and washbasin; three shared outdoor showers serve the six units, and each barrel has two separated beds (one fixed at 90cm, one expandable to 140cm). It sleeps up to two people per barrel and runs 45-60 EUR a night depending on occupancy and length of stay, plus a 2.50 EUR per person local tax. Open only 1 May to 15 October. Breakfast is 10 EUR per person; lunch or dinner can be arranged in advance. The winery itself is a fourth-generation, organic-certified Tokaj producer with a 13th-century cellar used for sommelier-led tastings. Pets are not permitted in any of the winery's accommodation.
