About the camp
Campers pitch under trees on a grassy meadow next to the Kennel-Bad lake, a short walk from the club's outdoor bathing area. Tents, motorhomes and caravans are all welcome, and larger groups are explicitly invited. Shower and WC facilities have been modernised, and there is a dedicated spot for washing dishes. Grilling or a campfire is allowed on marked spots with prior notice. It is roughly a 35-minute riverside walk (about 2.5 km) along the Oker to Braunschweig city centre. As a members' association site, camping prices are shown net of admission to the Kennel-Bad facility itself, which is billed separately.
