Bie Diek is run by Theo & Sita Bolt and belongs to the Stichting Vrije Recreatie (SVR), the Dutch association of small-scale, nature-friendly minicampsites. The overnight fee already covers a shower, hot water and environmental costs; electricity is billed separately per night. The site takes tents, caravans and motorhomes, and dogs are welcome for a small daily fee. Mudflat walking (Wadlopen) is listed among the site's activities, pointing to the Wadden coast setting of the Het Hogeland region.
