About the camp
Boerhoes combines a working farm with camping and a farmhouse B&B. The grounds are home to Dexter cattle, dogs, cats, pigs, Flemish Giant rabbits and chickens, plus a self-guided nature trail with information signs about the swallow, barn owl, mole and longhorn beetle. A tea garden (theehuis) doubles as the wifi hub for guests, and art is displayed around the site. The pricing is deliberately simple: a per-pitch fee plus a per-person fee, with electricity, car parking, visitor access and use of the vegetable garden all included. A cheaper small-tent pitch is available for hikers and cyclists arriving without a car. Camping runs mid-March to early October; the farm keeps no long-stay seasonal pitches. Reservations are handled by email, phone or the site's contact form.
