About the camp
Camperplaats De Pol is a motorhome-only stopover on the edge of Scherpenzeel, Gelderland, set beside the working farm Boerderij De Pol in a rural, wooded landscape. It offers 24 hardstanding pitches surrounded by greenery, each with access to a grassy sit-out area. The site is open all year with no reservation needed. A covered 'skybox' lounge lets guests look out over the farm's modern cow barn while having coffee or tea, especially welcome in poor weather. Fresh eggs are sold daily at the site's tourist-information point. The historic Grebbelinie defence line is within walking distance, with cycling routes on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, canoeing on the Valleikanaal, and Scherpenzeel's town centre just minutes away by bike. The motorhome club NKC recommends the site.
