About the camp

Camperplaats Leeuwarden is a self-service motorhome stopover with 18 pitches directly beside a marina in Leeuwarden, Friesland, open 365 days a year with no reservations needed. Guests check in via an access code and an envelope system, paying by cash, QR code or bank transfer. Every pitch has electricity, and a frost-proof service point offers fresh water plus toilet and grey/black-water disposal. The site is fenced and supervised around the clock, and dogs are welcome on a leash. A free discount key unlocks deals at shops and restaurants in the city centre, reachable by a 15-minute bike ride or a bus stop five minutes away. Boat rental and marina moorings are available on site for guests arriving by water too.

On a marina beside the water, a 15-minute bike ride or a 5-minute walk to a bus stop into central Leeuwarden; supermarket, snack bar and Hema are about 10 minutes on foot.
