De Kool is a 20-pitch camping site inside a fishing park in the Achterhoek, laid out new and opened in 2009. Every grass pitch has power and looks out over the fishing ponds, and a modern heated sanitary building with a washing machine serves the site. The camping runs from 16 March to 21 October and prices the night per party, not per person.

About the camp
The campsite belongs to Visdorado de Kool, a fishing park with trout, sturgeon and carp lakes, and the pitches look straight over the water. Twenty spacious places lie on a good grass field, all with electricity, and use of water is included in the night price. You check in at the reception in 'de Deel'. Cars do not stay beside the pitch: after you have placed your caravan or tent you park on the car park, so no motorised traffic crosses the field except at arrival and departure. The owners advertise fishing in a natural setting with Achterhoek gezelligheid and ask guests to respect fellow campers, nature and animals. Dogs are welcome on a lead, and the park also lets a lodge.
