About the camp

Hofstede Kloosterstein is a dairy farm that has been in the same family for more than 125 years and still works: two milking robots look after 120 cows, the milk goes to Friesland Campina under the Planet Proof certification, and 70 hectares of grassland lie right around the barns. Alongside the farm there is a retirement home for 12 older or injured horses, and 35 chickens free-range over the yard. Henk, Jari and Minke open the farm to overnight guests who want quiet and space - the pitches are fully paved and lie directly in the meadows.
