About the camp
Camping Noorderwaard-Texel is a farm camp whose slogan is camping between two nature reserves and the Wadden Sea. Eight pitches use the shared sanitary building; four more come with a basic private sanitary unit (shower, washbasin, toilet) in a nearby barn within a short walk, and two pitches have a luxe private sanitary unit. Every pitch has 16 ampère power from the camp's solar panels, a water point and a drain, and there is a disposal sink for chemical toilets. The camp also lets a large hobby caravan, 'De oude Tuin', standing in the old garden: two double beds, a toilet, and a spacious awning with a small kitchen and seating; showers for caravan guests are in the nearby barn. A laundry corner and an electric cargo bike for dogs or children round off the services.
