About the camp
Dronte Nemecká is a Czechoslovak watersports campsite run by a well-known canoe and kayak rental company. The site sits at the edge of the village on the Hron river and offers space for 300 tents plus a 28-bed cabin. Facilities include flush toilets, hot showers, drinking water, a snack bar, beach volleyball court and boat rental. In winter the cabin stays open by arrangement and a ski slope lies 15 km away. The train station is 500 m from the site.
